Objectives of the programme and priority issues

The Global Objective of the program is to develop smart products and/or increase the efficiency of the manufacturing companies by adopting Industry 4.0 and digital solutions.

The program is helping to modernize our manufacturing sector by enabling manufacturing SMEs to be capable of adopting Industry 4.0 Digitalization technologies to:

  • adopt new technologies.
  • encourage innovation.
  • increase the efficiency of its operation.
  • become more productive and competitive in the market and
  • create more jobs.

Application

If you are a manufacturing SME, InJo4.0 offers you a unique opportunity to digitize your business and thus become more competitive in the market, InJo4.0 provides you with an individual assessment and define the pain points and bundle them to potential project, your individual solution may be composed of elements from several technology providers best address your needs.

For this purpose,

we launched the actual deployment of the industry 4.0 call and for the execution of application experiments, you will be able to apply for a Deployment grant worth up to 48 000 euros which represents 80% of the total project value. the deployment call has been released on 14 Feb 2023.

LOT 1: Smart Manufacturing.

To support manufacturing SMEs to adopt industry 4.0 technology to transform their operation into smart operation to enhance the operation efficiency and productivity.

LOT 2: Smart Products

To support manufacturing SMEs to adopt industry 4.0 technology to transform their product into smart, connected product to support the growth and open new market opportunity.

  11. Transform traditional products into smart, connected products
  12. Computerized maintenance management system

Eligibility

  • Jordanian private manufacturing company.
  • From manufacturing small and medium-sized Jordanian enterprises (SMEs) with up to 99 employees (headcount) as per the social security registration more than 5 employees.
  • Active registration at any of the industry chambers.
  • Being operated on for more than one year.
  • perform a self-assessment of the current level of digitization through the Self-Assessment Platform. This will be verified by the project team through a site visitwho gets a readiness index 1.25 or higher will be eligible to complete the application.
  • Attend a one-day tour awareness session at the center.
